Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. On a paid plan you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Your products and customer data stay safe

Do I need a big audience to start?

No. Tripix works whether you have a few hundred engaged followers or hundreds of thousands. What matters is that you have real travel knowledge worth packaging. Many creators make their first sales from a small, trusting audience

How does the Explorer plan work?

Explorer is $9/month with a 5% transaction fee. You get up to 3 products, 500 MB media storage, 1,000 AI credits/month, full itinerary builder, 1-tap checkout, and 1:1 consultation. Save 17% with annual billing (~$90/year)

What's the difference between transaction fees?

Explorer pays 5% per sale, Navigator pays 2% per sale, and Pioneer pays 0% platform fees (only standard payment processing fees). As you grow, upgrading lowers your fee so you keep more of every dollar you earn

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle

What are the payment processing fees?

Payment processing fees are handled by Stripe and are typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. These fees are separate from our platform transaction fees and are standard across the industry. Pioneer plan users only pay these standard processing fees

What happens to my products if I downgrade?

If you downgrade to Explorer, you'll be limited to 3 live products. Any additional products will be paused until you upgrade again. Your product data and customer information will be preserved

Do I need my own website?

No! Tripix provides you with a complete, professional product management system. You can use our free subdomain or connect your own custom domain. Your Tripix platform is all you need to start selling products
